While not technically a home, Costa Verde’s 727 Suite is certainly capable of serving as a home away from one. Built inside and around the fuselage of an abandoned Boeing 727, the special suite offers all the comforts of home for only $250-750 a night depending on the season.

Seashell House

Mexico City Seashell House

Located in Mexico City, the Seashell House was built by Senosiain Arquitectos for a couple in search of a truly unique home. They found it: the overall design of the house is meant to mimic a Nautilus shell and was built using a combination of steel reinforced mesh and concrete.
