Though some have criticized her work for trying to alter iconic images, she asserts that her aim is to show that even those seemingly black and white worlds were, in fact, just as technicolor and dynamic as the one in which we live today. To recolor the images, Sanna used Photoshop and her own artistic intuition. The result is a series of amazing images in vibrant hues that breathe life into a once-”static” black and white world.
