The comedian doesn't see the Donald "between two ferns" anytime soon.

While Funny Or Die’s “Between Two Ferns” amped up its viewership this month when host Zach Galifianakis interviewed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Galifianakis doesn’t seem to care to have Donald Trump on the set.

On Saturday, the comedian spoke with the L.A. Times about his interview with Clinton, which has since received over 30 million views, and the prospect of interviewing Trump.

Galifianakis doesn’t see it happening. “That doesn’t interest me,” he told the Times. “He’s the kind of guy who likes attention — bad attention or good attention.”

The comedian didn’t stop there, though. As he continued, “You’re dealing with a psychosis there that’s a little weird. I wouldn’t have somebody on that’s so mentally challenged. I feel like I’d be taking advantage of him.”

Beyond Trump’s questionable health, Galifianakis offered his thoughts on Clinton’s ability to improvise, in spite of the fact that they taped the interview while she was sick with pneumonia.

“I was very impressed with her,” Galifianakis told the Times. “I don’t think you can get as far as she has in American politics without a sense of humor — especially since she’s been so forced to play the boys’ [game], since that’s where the power structure is, though it’s changing.”

According to the Daily Beast, the entire skit was largely improvised — and Clinton’s idea. “A lot of times with ‘Between Two Ferns’ if it’s someone in entertainment, their publicist will reach out,” BTF director Scott Aukerman told the Beast. “Or in the case of Obama, the White House reached out, and you never quite know if the person knows that their people are reaching out about it. But in this case, Mrs. Clinton is the one who reached out about doing it, as she was a big fan of the Obama one.”

After Monday night’s first presidential debate, though, it doesn’t seem that Trump needs much help in the way of comedy.
