Servers

According to Frey and Osborne’s study, waiters and bartenders have a 93.7% and 76.8% chance of becoming fully automated, respectively. No longer will a customer hear the shatter of a plate dropped by an imperfect human server. Your food will be brought out just as it was ordered, without mistakes. A White Russian will taste just the same at this bar as it did at the last, because your robot bartender is programmed to pour with perfect accuracy. But where will that leave the unemployed servers?
In Ningbo, China, one restaurant already took a leap into the waiter-less future:

Similarly, on the Quantum of the Seas’ cruise ship, a bionic bar mixes and serves drinks with unmatched accuracy. The B1-0 and N1-C machines can make two drinks per minute.
